Mike Meisenbach (Michael John Meisenbach) has three decades of commercial real estate advisory and capital markets experience, working directly with principals, lenders and private, institutional and foreign investors.

Mike worked for five years at Ernst & Young – Irvine, CA in the firm’s real estate consulting practice, working with banks, institutional investors, owners and the FDIC.  During his five year career there he was promoted to Manager.

Mike worked five years at Grubb & Ellis – Anaheim, CA. During his career there, he was designated rookie of the year and was a Top 10 producer.

Mike had a 17 year career period at Lee & Associates – Newport Beach, California — a national commercial real estate advisory firm with more than 800 agents and 45 offices

Mike has served as president of investments and capital markets advisory services

• #1 investment sales broker company-wide over a 16 year period
• #1 producer company-wide in 2005

Mike most recently served as Co-CEO at 1^st Service Solutions, Grapevine, TX, a CMBS borrower advocacy firm with 14 employees performing:

• Over 5 Billion of CMBS loan restructures on behalf of borrowers
• Over 5 Billion of CMBS loan assumptions on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Operating Advisor work
• Servicer Compliance work
• Serving as an Expert Witness

In his personal time Michael John Meisenbach is a runner (past races include 3 marathons — New York, Los Angeles and Santa Catalina Island, California). He is an avid tennis player who has won a number of tournaments. Mike also does volunteer work at Share Our Selves, a non-profit organization located in Costa Mesa, California.
